If you don’t already own a lot, we will help you find the right lot at the right price. To help you make a sound decision, we will walk the lot of your choice with you. We will discuss the specific location of the lot within the subdivision, the types of soil on the lot, any potential grading or drainage issues, the optimum position of your home on the lot and a host of other considerations. Because of our building experience, we will be able to help you choose the best lot for your particular situation.

At Largo-CR Homes, we fully understand how busy your lives can be. We will work to minimize your expenditure of time and energy. We have streamlined the process of building so efficiently that even the busiest people can build their dream home without drastically changing their everyday schedules.

Largo-CR Homes has numerous plans to choose from if you don’t already have a plan. We are willing and able to make changes to any house plan to make it fit your personal needs. We have an excellent plan designer who is ready and willing to work with you. If you already have a plan in mind, whether it’s a sketch you made, a draft from the internet or a magazine, or a complete blueprint, we can help you decide how that can be improved to suit you.

Absolutely! You will be able to customize your home to fit your budget and your tastes. We will work with you throughout this process to guide you and answer your questions. We accompany you and schedule all of the appointments for you with our selected vendors.

Once you have made your selections, it’s our job to see that the construction is done correctly. We will be emailing pictures weekly to show you exactly what is happening at the building site. We do request one significant visit to review the electrical layout in your home. This is approximately 8 weeks from start of construction.

Largo-CR Homes will review all selections and upgrade requests prior to the start of construction. Once you have approved all selections and pricing, we start building your home. If you don’t make any changes during the building process, you will know the exact price of your home prior to construction starting.

Builder's risk insurance is coverage that protects the homeowner's insurable interest in materials, fixtures and/or equipment being used during construction should those items sustain physical loss or damage from a covered cause. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to obtain the Builder’s Risk policy.

Buildings are subject to many different risks while under construction. They may catch fire, be damaged by high winds, or fall victim to other forces of nature. A principle of common law is that any new construction or other improvement to land becomes property of the owner of the land - the title holder - once there has been an "improvement" to the owner's site. Builder's risk insurance indemnifies against some of these losses.

Every home we build is entirely warranted for a full year, with a 13 year warranty provided for the structural elements of the home. We will provide you with our Warranty Manual once we’ve gone to contract.
